The hotel boasts a charming Victorian style, which I've always admired. The ocean view from our spacious room was beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety, catering to even the pickiest eaters. the tea service was disappointing; we arrived late and missed out. There were visible pet stains in our room, and the lack of an actual closet was a hassle. The outdoor furniture was uncomfortable, making relaxation difficult, especially with loud music playing. Housekeeping rushed us at checkout, which felt intrusive. The absence of room service and activities information left us wanting. Despite the stunning views and accommodating staff, improvements are necessary for a more enjoyable stay.

I absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel being just a short walk to the beach, making it easy for leisurely days by the ocean, and it's fantastic that the boardwalk and all its attractions are less than 2.5 kilometers away, with amazing spots like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Jolly Roger Amusement Park nearby; the friendly staff and well-kept amenities, including a lovely outdoor bar and grill, truly enhanced my experience, but our elevator issues during peak cleaning times caused a bit of a wait which could be improved.

The room had a stunning water view and a walk-out balcony, perfect for enjoying the breeze. It was spacious and updated, featuring modern electronics and ample USB outlets, which was very convenient. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Temperature control was easy to manage. noise from the hallway was apparent at times, especially near the elevator. The room was impeccably clean, giving a fresh feeling throughout our stay, but the bathroom door could offer better privacy. it had a welcoming ambiance that enhanced our experience.

The indoor and outdoor pools were a blast! I loved lounging on the sun terrace with beach access just steps away. The friendly staff made everything even better with their attentive service!

Had a blast with my friends hitting the local mini-golf and tearing it up at the amusement park nearby. And let me tell you, the outdoor pool was like our second home! Perfect spot for chilling and soaking up the sun - such awesome vibes all around!
Wish they offered some cool nighttime events or parties for us young peeps. A little more thrill after sundown would've taken our fun to the next level!

On, site activities are the perfect place to make a new friend or connect with your clan. Zippys is a favorite gathering spot for looking out over the ocean. In the quaint three, story building, I felt the summertime charm of the 1960s with modern comforts.
Found some unexpected guests in my room , not the friendly kind.

Location is unbeatable—right on the beach and at the end of the boardwalk. Loved waking up to ocean sounds and catching the sunrise from our tenth-floor balcony. The room was spacious for us four, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Pet-friendly but didn’t smell like it at all. parking fees were confusing and felt unfair, and the decor needed a refresh. Some noise from the lobby was noticeable at times. Still, the casual atmosphere and beach access made it a comfortable getaway. Would return for the views!

It felt like our private water park right by the beach. The kids had a blast splashing around all day, and we enjoyed relaxing under the sun, creating unforgettable memories.

So, here's the scoop on my recent stay at the Hilton Garden. Let's start with the good stuff – the room was pretty comfy, and I was glad to see they had ironing facilities because I hate wrinkled clothes. It was nice to have heating and air conditioning that actually worked well, especially on those hot days. Plus, having tea and coffee facilities in the room was a nice touch for a quick caffeine fix. One thing I really liked was the sitting area in the room, perfect for kicking back and relaxing after a long day. And the terrace with garden furniture was a nice spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening drink with a nice view. Now, onto the areas that could use some improvement. The free toiletries were okay, but nothing to write home about. I also noticed that the curtains in the room were a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Room service was hit or miss – sometimes it was quick and efficient, other times it took forever to get what we ordered. And while they had shops and commercial services available, the selection was a bit lacking. One cool thing was the welcome drink they offered upon arrival, a nice touch to kick off the stay. I didn't see any specific pet amenities available, which would have been nice since I love traveling with my furry friend. my stay at the Hilton Garden was decent, with some nice amenities and a few areas that could use some improvement. It's a good choice for a comfortable stay, but there are definitely a few things they could work on to make it even better.

Had a great time at this hotel during the New Year. Enjoyed the oceanfront location and convenience of being close to restaurants and Jolly Roger park. The friendly staff, especially at check-in, made us feel welcome. The balcony was a plus, allowing us to hear the ocean with the door shut.
Some room service was lacking, as the restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed, and housekeeping during check-out was not ideal. Front desk agents were not as helpful and informative as expected, providing inconsistent information.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent with beautiful views of the ocean. the handicap room was clean and comfortable with a roomy bathroom. the hot tub was a nice amenity, and we would stay here again.

The breakfast was delicious, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking! The comfortable beds made our stay peaceful and quiet. The pool was fabulous, and the staff, especially the manager, were friendly and accommodating. They even waived the extra car fee for my friend. The location was ideal, with easy beach access and close parking.
The elevators were a bit of a hassle, with one out of service for two days. Room cleaning was irregular, and staff sometimes lacked attention to detail.

Stepping into Hilton Garden Inn Oceanfront felt like going back in time to a peaceful vacation spot. The breathtaking view from our 10th floor room was worth every penny, and the entire property was impeccably clean. The beds were so comfortable, and the kids had a blast. The location just beyond the boardwalk was perfect for us, with easy access to the beach.
Maintenance noise next door and a couple of missed toilet paper requests.

the cleaning staff could be a bit stingy with towels - but gave extra when asked. the oceanfront view from our balcony was AMAZING!! the location in relation to the boardwalk was great. right next to the boardwalk trolley stop would be very convenient during the summer season. the staff is super friendly and helpful.
